reasonably large, impressive room with essentials. particularly good view from the room. favourable location in a busy area, really close to metro and 2 metro station.

We had a great experience at Hotel Southern. The staff was helpful and provided excellent support throughout our stay. They were very good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were clean and the availability of hot water was reliable. the service provided by the staff was really good.

We would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

we booked in this hotel by the pictures and it was the same as viewed...

...but the reality is other, they do more sense for locals than foreigners, any complain are not valid, and they didnt answer the phone from my room, i saw when they called from local they answered fine. We arrived at 7PM and the room was untidy, they finally told us to change of room (to another untidy one) we stayed 1 hour waiting foor cleaning, they didnt leave us the complementary water and they didnt let us clean towels.When we asked for a local map, or the nearest metro they didnt answer. They couldn't offer a taxi for the train station. All bad. The room was very noisy. ill dont came back

Decent hotel, our stay was truly memorable.

Everything was good and rooms were fantastic and spotless. Appreciated our rooms except for centralized ac. The food was awesome at the restaurant. The public parking was nearby, courteous service. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a super market with most of the south indian pickles, papad and spices

Great location, perfect for strolling around the Karol Bagh Market. The room had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a cozy seating area - that was a nice touch! 🛋️

Location of the hotel beside the travel Southern facilitated the move and the information with reasonable prices.

Amaravathi Restaurant made us feel at home.Restaurant at ground floor needs to improve the quality of meals but that of snacks is good.Services offerd by the hotel are good.

Had a wonderful city break! the staff at this hotel was amazing, very accommodating and friendly. They offered us complimentary breakfast and dinner. the location was great for exploring the city and getting around easily. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace, it had amazing views and was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The bathroom cleanliness could have been better and we were initially given a room with no window, which we requested to change. the staff were quick to accommodate our request and provided us with a new room.

Nothing. Everything in comforts are there but nothing will work. For eg there is mini bar, no items inside, TV but no cable connection, promise of Breafase as complementary, but denied and much more. No pick up was provided eventhough they promised to do so. After alighting at New Delhi station, the hotel representative told us to take a taxi and come as there is no conformation from Booking .com regarding our registration. At the receiption counter the staff promised to reimburse the amount as drop at the station was not possible due to our preoccupation with official engagement and our own arrangement for getting dropped at the railway staton. They promised to reimburse the fare paid, but denied as I did not posess the taxi receipt. Wonderful isn't it. Would never visit the hotel again and would also tell all my circle not to ho to Hotel Southern. Most of the front office staff are rough, impolite and lack to treat customers with countesy. Prof. M. I experienced enjoying my stay in Hotel Southern and the services rendered by them are highly remarkable and commendable. Everything is available under one roof such as accommodation, travel services, variety of food - continental and inter-continental in in-house restaurants. The Hotel is well furnished with modern look and amenities and centrally located. It will be my great pleasure and privilege to recommend Hotel Southern to my friends, acquaintances, relatives and in my business circles. They also extend complimentary transfer from Railway Stations.

Conveniently located close to a large park, with friendly staff offering airport shuttle service and impressive, spacious rooms with centralized AC and bathrooms.

We did not get a railway pick up even after booking and getting a confirmation from them,however, service is poor too,please try to improve.

Buffet breakfast may be extended to all hotel guests. Service in the Amravathi restaurant can be quicker and you should be lucky to find a sitting place in either of the kamat restaurants.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location at a busy area with a lot of traffic. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided in the rooms are satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast included option served is a nice touch and adds to the overall positive experience.
